Travel from Mainland to HK

I have a residency permit since I am an international student in mainland China, staying for 2 years. This summer, I am planning to visit HK before I go back to my country for summer vacation. Do I need to apply for another visa if I want to visit HK from mainland?

your residence permit is like a visa it is a multi entry visa in fact, if i am not wrong it is valid for 1 year , so you can enter and exit china as you like anytime
