About:Chinese Embassy in Australia

Transit or Tourist Visa

We are staying in Guangzhou for 30 hours and staying at a hotel on our way to Europe for a holiday and again on our way home from Europe to Australia. We both have normal Australian passports. Will we need a tourist visa or will a transit visa be sufficient?

You need to apply for a double entry transit visa for the two stopovers in Guangzhou. The two-way flight tickets can prove your transit in Guangzhou.
