Application form for Passport of Chinese Nationality holder

Dear sir.
Hello, I had married from xinjiang china. now me and my wife are here in china. while my elder son is there in pakistan studing in Gilgit. Now there is to expire his passport very soon. we can't reach there as soon as his passport will expire. so we have managed him with some relative to visit there in embassay. so we need the application form online that we could fill it for them and send it before they reach there in your embassy.
I hope you will send a scaned copy as soon as posible.

You are asking this question in the wrong place: this is a travel website. If your Chinese son is in Pakistan, he should contact the Chinese Embassy/consulate there...before the passport expires or search for the Pakistani embassy on-line and see if they have an on-line form.
