About:Chinese Consulates in South Korea

Can I apply in Seoul for a visa to Shanghai to visit my friend there?

I'm a Polish citizen and stay in Korea under 90 days. Can I apply in Seoul for a visa to Shanghai to visit my friend there (5 days)? I don't have any Korean ID; just my Polish passport.

You can't apply a China visa in seoul because you don't have a Korean Alien Registration Card with at least 6 months remaining validity.
