You can take taxi from the port to Tanggu Station, the nearest train station has bullet trains to Beijing South. The taxi fare is no more than 30RMB if the driver use the meter. It is about 9km from Beijing South station to the hotel by taxi then. It takes 59 minutes from Tanggu to Beijing South and the train ticket costs 77RMB/92RMB per person. I have no idea when you are going to arrive at Tianjin port, but the trains from Tanggu to Beijing South are available at 08:38, 09:24, 12:04, 13:04, 17:23, 18:23, 18:34, 19:29, 20:14, 21:54. Tianjin Train Station has more high speed trains which depart every several minutes. It may costs 150RMB by taxi from the port to Tianjin Station.
