About:Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka

Dual Citizen (Sri Lanka and Britain) apply for a visa to China for tourism

I live in Sri Lanka, hold dual citizenship (Sri Lanka and Britain). I wish to travel to China for tourism. Which form should I fill?

You just need to fill Visa Application Form of P.R.China (Form V.2011A), you don't need to fill the Supplementary Visa Application Form (Form V.2011B).
