The requirements for you to apply a tourist visa to China are:
Original Bangladesh passport with at least two blank visa pages.
complete Visa Application Forms V.2011A and V.2011B on computer
a recently-taken passport photo
round-trip airline tickets and hotel reservation
Singapore S pass and its copy

The bank statement is not required, but sometimes, the visa officer will asks applicants to provide, you'd better prepare it.
