Hi, I am an Iranian student, studying in Malaysia, would you please advise if I could apply for HongKong visa for visiting through China embassy in KL? and how long does it take?Thank you!

You can apply for Hong Kong visa through China embassy in Kuala Lumpur. It takes 4 working days if the application doesn't need the approval of Hong Kong Immigration Department, otherwise, it takes 4 weeks.
