About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

I had tourist visa last year but failed to travel. What are my requirements if I'll apply again?

You have to prepare all the requirements as a first time applicant because your previous tourist visa has not used. Only previously used China visa sticker in old or new passport is accepted, then you don't need to provide the documents for first time applicants
