opening hour chinese consulate manchester

Is it true that the chinese consulate manchester in Denison road  Rusholme open until 1 pm and not 9-12 am?because I have a long train and bus journey to travel. Please be kind enough to tell me.

Chinese consulate in Manchester in Denison House, 71 Denison Road, Rusholme is open 09:00-12:00, Monday-Friday (except public holidays of China and UK)If you want to submit visa application, you can go to Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Manchester (First Floor, 75 Mosley Street, Manchester M2 3HR ), it is open 09:00-15:00 for visa application.
