can i do online booking for train ticket while i don't have a hotel address in china?

I notice that the train ticket will only be delivered to a hotel address in China. Apparently, I do not need to stay in a hotel as I will be going direct to the train station from Tianjin airport to catch the D175 train to Shenyang. In this case, how do I purchase the train ticket online 20 days before the actual date of departure?

In this case, you could contact some tickets agencies who could book the tickets and later deliver them in person to you. Or, you can purchase the tickets at train stations in Tianjin after arrival.
