Can I do online booking for train ticket while I don't have a hotel address in China?

I notice that the train ticket will only be delivered to a hotel address in China. Apparently, I do not need to stay in a hotel as I will be going direct to the train station from Tianjin airport to catch the D175 train to Shenyang. In this case, how do I purchase the train ticket online 20 days before the actual date of departure?
