can cameroonian embassy in beijing help me to get out of china?

I am a Cameroonian living in China.I lost my passport 3 years ago and two years later, i tried to go home but the immigration in Guangzhou and Foshan where i went to told me that they cannot help me. I don't know if the embassy can help me in anyway to leave this country or if anybody has an idea how to leave here without a one month detention but pay my fine, i would highly appreciate it. thanks

Now, you have to ask for help from Cameroonian embassy in Beijing, obtain a Cameroonian passport or travel document, then surrender yourself to a local police station, pay for the fine, you won't be detained for one month.
