good morning .please, i am a cameroonian living in china with a student visa .

Question

But i have just signed a work contract.The immigration office here says, i need to go back home and establish the work visa with the Chinese Embassy in my Country.The Epedemic situation doesnt allow cross-border movements.Is there any option for assistance please? All the documentation has been made available.  Thank you

You need to try again to see if you can get a work visa without leaving China. If the immigration offier insists that you can't, then you have to go back to the country to do the application.
