About:Chinese Consulate in New York

I want to know if I go to china from new york can I used h.k. visa card to go to china without visa

because i have united states passport,but i have h.k.I.d. and i have h.k. to china visa card.please let me know.

If you are a US citizen, you need to apply for a visa prior to enter. If you are a hong Kong citizen, you need to apply for a China travel document prior to enter. One cannot enter China only with Hong kong ID card.
