multiple entry business visa for norwegian citizen

Hello, I'm a Norwegian citizen but Chinese native, last year when I applied for Multiple entry business visa to China, I got rejected and only got double entry. Can I apply for multiple this year or it's still only double entry?

You can try to apply for multiple entry business visa this year, Consular officers decide on the visa's period of validity, duration of stay and number of entry in the light of China's laws and regulations. Here it is the not the official website of China embassy in Norway, we are just the visitor of this website rather than consular officer.
