How to buy T99B Train Ticket in Shanghai?

Hi everyone.
I want to go to Hong Kong from Shanghai. There are four train stations in Shanghai, which station provides T99B ticket? Please give me the station name in Chinese and Pinyin. I am foreigners, is there requirement to buy the ticket?

You could buy the tickets at Shanghai train station (Shanghai Huochezhan) with your passport. The train station is located in No.303 Moling Road, Zhabei District.
