Trains T54 and T99B

Are western style Toilets available in Softsleeper Carriages in T54 Urumqi to Shanghai and T99B Shanghai to Hong Kong?

It depends. There are more than one carriages running on the rail route and they may be different from each other. But there are usually both western and squat toilets in a soft sleeper carriage, one in each side.
