How can I take the subway from Beijing West Railway Station to Capital Airport of Beijing

Hello,
Unfortunatly I will arrive in Beijing on West Station and I have no ideea how can I arrive to Capital Airport of Beijing, Terminal 2 :(((
Can you give me some sugestion? And also, I arrive in Beijing at 7.20 am (in 8th of January) and I will fly at 2.20 am (in the 9th of January)...so I have 18h to stay in Beijing with my bagage. Can you give me a sugestion of a hotel, motel near the airport...and also how can i arrive there?
