About:Requirements for China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

i am foreigner, this is my third visit to china

how can i get residence if i work in libyan company in china, they ask me that they want hiring certificate from the main branch in libya, stamped and signed from the chinese embassy, but the chinese embassy in libya is closed. so how to do knowing that i am geeting married after sometime so i need residence not only visa. please advise

Are you sure China embassy in Libya is closed? I saw their website is still being renewed every now and then. Please contact the embassy directly for help: Tel: +218-21-4832914, 4832915; Email: <span class="clspost">mfa.gov.cn|chinaemb_ly</span>

the boss of my company is in libya now, he contact the embassy they said that it is working but just in giving back the passports for those who ask for chinese visa before the war. and they said that the Chinese Embassador is not in libya, and they cannot do anything untill HE go back to libya, they need his signature and stamp. we ask the embassy whether we can have the stamp from chinese embassy in tunisia or any other country. they said that they need the verification from the embassador.So how to do?

Sorry to hear that. It seems there is nothing you can do except waiting. Maybe you can contact the China embassy in tunisia to see if there is any possiblity you obtain the visa there.
