You need a 6 months or 12 months multiple entry tourist visa, please ask your husband to send you the photocopy of his passport, Z visa, work permit and residence permit. The marriage license can provide the relationship between you and him. The visa rule for Filipinos is strict, I can't sure that the embassy/consulate will issue you a multiple entry visa, maybe you only obtain a 3 months single entry L visa with 30 days stay duration. Good Luck!
