Do Belgians living in South Africa apply for a visa the same way as the South Africans?

I am a Belgian living in South African and would like to know whether the same rules apply to get a visa as for the South Africans. Thank you. Kindest regards and Happy New Year

Belgians living in South Africa apply for a visa almost the same way as the South Africans. The difference between them is Belgians living in South Africa need to provide two extra documents: filled Supplementary Visa Application Form V.2011B and South Africa Residence Permit.
