Visa for Philippine Nationale with Korean passport

Dear Sir:
I am a Filipino but also holds a Korean passport by virtue of marriage to a Korean. I plan to visit Beijing on 13 Jan 2012 for official meeting with Chinese Academy for Agricultural Mechanization Sciences (CAAMS). Have obtained invitation letter from the Academy. Can I apply for visa in Korea? Both passports valid over 6 months.
Thank you.

You can apply for visa in Korea if both passports are valid for more than 6 months. What passport do you hold to enter Korea?
