About:China Visa Exemption

what type of visa should i apply for? will be in transit but plan to stay in china for a few days.

Hi, i'm from manila and want to go to shanghai or beijing for sightseeing but my final destination is australia. what type of visa should i apply for? will probably stay in china for 3-4 days before leaving for australia.

You can apply for either transit visa or tourist visa. A tourist visa will be better.
A transit visa usually has a duration of stay for 1-10 days while a tourist visa normally has a duration of stay for 30 days.
