About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

Obtaining Chinese tourist visa in South Korea

I am a South African living and working in China. My sister who works in South Korea has purchased a ticket to come visit me during January but when approaching a travel agent regarding obtaining a Chinese tourist visa they informed her she is unable as her South Korean resident card is valid for less than 6 months. What other options does she have in order to come visit me in China and obtain a visa for January?Thank you!

Now, it is impossible for your sister to get a Chinese tourist visa in South Korea, she has to go to another place to apply for Chinese visa, such as Hong Kong or Macau. If she goes to Hong Kong or Macau, she can use the China Travel Service Hong Kong or China Travel Service Macau, the travel service can successfully get a China tourist visa for her.
