About:China Work Visa

Working visa (Z-Visa)

Im from Philippine & now applying for a Z-VISA,
What is the validity of this visa? Im planning to work in a contract with my employer in china, they gave all the requirements to apply for a Z-VISA.
But I cannot apply in POEA processing due to I dont have an employment contract., we will do signing a contract upon arrival, Do I need to provide a POEA processing?or After signing a contract then return back to Philippines?

Generally, work visa (Z visa) is valid for one entry, three months. The holder of a Z visa must go through residential formalities in the local public security department within thirty days of entry into China.

You don't need to provide POEA for work visa application.
