Question

Trying to make online appointment Brisbane, but it rejects my passport number that is on my current passport. Is it easier  to do application by registered mail?  We are going to 4 ports in China in February 2012.  We want to get our visas well before we leave. I am Australian and my husband is an Australian permanent resident, with a USA passport.
