Hi team, i would like to know is it possible to get directly temporary work permit from home location(india).instead of going through process--getting work visa & applying in china for Temporary work permit...

I think you are talking about resident permit. I'm afraid no. You need to apply for work visa first in your home country and then change it to temporary resident permit after entering China.
