change X visa to Z visa

Hi and wish spend enjoy days in end of 2011
I wish some one can guide me that may i change my X study visa to Z visa work in china or I have to back my country .. I am Iranian passport holder ... warm regards ...

You can't change your X study visa into Z work visa, you have to come back your country.
