It is possible for Philippines nationals to extend Macau visa for more than 30 days through the Immigration Department of Macau Public Security Police Bureau. In fact, to avoid it, you can go to Hong Kong then return to Macau for another 30 days stay duration.

It seems that there is no such limit for you to stay in Kong Kong for a specified time length and then back to Macau.
