You don't need a visa to Macau for 30 days. I don't think you can get a schengen visa in Macau, please return to Philippines to apply for a schengen visa in one of the Schengen country (your first entry country or the major destination during the Schengen countries).

Even though you stay in Macau for 60 days, it is also impossible for you to get a Schengen visa in Macau, there is no foreign embassy or consulates in Macau can process your application. The other reason is that you are not a long-term resident in Macau. If you work or reside in Macau, it is possible for you to obtain a Schengen visa through the consulate of a Schengen country in Hong Kong.
