About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Home Return Card for Hong Kong and Macau Residents has been expired

I am a New Zealand / Hong Kong Citizenship.
I got the 港澳同胞回鄉証 13 years ago in Hong Kong and now has been expired, how much to renew ?
What documents I need to bring to China Embassy ?
What Form we need to fill-in and where to download ?
How many days to get the Visa ?

You can't renew your Home Return Card through China embassy. please go to Hong Kong and apply it through China Travel Service Hong Kong. The authority to approve the application is the Guangdong province Public Security Department. It takes 12 working days.
