Your two employees need to apply for China business visas for the purpose of business negotiations in China. One invitation letter is enough. The requirements for a business visa include: applicant's passport; visa application form V2011A; one recent passport photo; "Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit" or "Confirmation Letter of Invitation" or invitation letter from the legally registered company in China; covering letter from applicant's company or office with the details of the visiting purpose; photocopy of the personal data page of applicant's passport.
Entering shenzhen visa Hong Kong is not difficult. One need to travel from Hong Kong to Luohu (Lo Wu) border by MTR or bus. The MTR station is connected with the customs. Follow the indicators to enter the customs building, clear the customs (they'll check the passport and visa) and follow the stream of people to enter Shenzhen.
