I am Indonesia passport holder and having a trip with my wife. I plan to enter Shenzhen for 2 days from Macau by ferry. Is it possible to get China Visa On Arrival at any ports in Shenzhen? Any special requirement and fees for apply those visa?

Is there any restricted arrival time in Shenzhen port to get China Visa On Arrival?

I've ever travel to Xiamen for three days time and got the Visa on my old passport.
