Is it possible for a person with Philippine Passport to apply for China Visa in Malaysia?

I have a Filipino passport and currently residing in China for internship under F Visa (single entry). The problem is I'm exiting China and need to go back so I need to reapply for a visa. I will be staying in Malaysia for a few days. Is it possible for a foreigner who does not have Malaysian residence permit or passport to apply for Chinese Visa in Malaysia?
