About:China Visa

its my first time travel to China on urgent business consultation for my new UAE employer.

I am a Filipino & still in Manila now, I am instructed to proceed to China by my new employer in UAE for an urgent business consultation with a Chinese supplier, the most is a week. Two possible itenerary scenarios are: 1. manila>china>manila. or 2. manila>china> then fly to UAE to assume office. Can I fly out urgently/immediately from Manila airport and get my visa upon arrival at airport of entry (not in HK nor Macau - unfortunately i forgot the place.)? OR apply my business visa from Consular office in Manila.? Our aim is to be soonest in China for the business concern/issue. We are in a hurry. Please help.

Visa on arrival is not available for you.
If you are gong to apply for a business visa, one of the requiremtns is "Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit" or "Confirmation Letter of Invitation", which needs time to be done. Since you will stay in Chian for only one week, you can apply for a tourist visa. Here is a list of requirements for China tourist visa application: https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa-application-philippines.htm
It usually taks 4 working days to process a visa. If you are in a hurry, you can pay additional 1,700 Peso for the 2 working day process.
