WHAT IS THE BEST MODE OF LAND TRAVEL FROM BEIJING TO HUOERGUOSI PORT & ON TO THE CAPITOL OF KAZAKSTAN.

From Beijing, you could take train to Urumqi first and then to Yining by another train. And then, you can take a bus to Huoerguosi directly, which is just around 70km from Yining. After passing Huoerguosi port, you could go to the capital of Kazakhstan.
