how to get tourist visa without tourist agency?

You have to apply for China tourist visa through one of the travel agencies designated by China embassy/consulate in Korea. The embassy/consulate doesn't accpet direct application from ordinary passport holders.

The required documents:
1. your Russian passport and copy of bio pages
2. one passport photo
3. completed visa application form V.2011A and V.2011B
4. round-trip flight tickets
5. invitation letter from your friend together with the copy of his passport and residence permit
6. Korean Alien Registration Card with at least 6 months remaining validity

It costs 35,000 wons for single entry visa, but you also need to pay service fee (20,000 wons at most) for the travel agency. It takes 4 working days for processing.

ekaterina, sorry, I can't read Korea, I know that the List of travel agencies designated by the Consular Section of the Chinese Embassy in Seoul is on this page http://kr.china-embassy.org/chn/lsqz/ls_qz/ls_qz_13/t229558.htm, however, it is in Korean version, you can find a Korea friend to translate it for you.
