I am applying for a visit visa for china and would like to know if there will be any additional visa requirements to visit hongkong. If yes then where can I find the forms.

You can use the same visa to visit Mainland China and Hong Kong. They apply different exit and enter controls. If you are nationals of UAE, you don't need a visa to Hong Kong for less than 30 days stay. You can use China visa to visit Mainland China.
