About:Chinese Embassy in South Africa

I am planning on flying into Guangzhou for a week then heading to Hong Kong...

I am planning on flying into Guangzhou for a week then heading to Hong Kong for a couple of days before going back into guangzhou to catch my flight out of China. Would I need a double-entry visa for China? As far as I know I wouldn't need a visa for Hong Kong?

Yes, you need to apply for a double-entry China visa.
