The 'Exit and Entry Permit' for my two children

I'm a chinese who hold a chinese passport. my two children who aged 4 and 8 are British passport holder. We came to Saudi in this April because my husband is working here now. The Beijing 'Exit and Entry Bureau' says I could apply the exit and entry permit for my children instead visas for going back China to visit my family. Is that true? And what do you need? Thank you!

Exit and Entry Permit to China for British passport holders? I haven't heard about it yet. You may further confirm with the Beijing 'Exit and Entry Bureau'.
As I know, your two kids can apply for family visit visas since their mom is Chinese. The requirements include: passport, one recent passport photo per one, visa application forms V2011A and V2011B per person, their birth certificates and other deemed ncessary documents by consular officers.
