how to apply hongkong tourist visa from nepal and what are the requirements?

Dear sir;
I had been travelled in hong kong one years back. i had got tourist visa from singapore but am confuse how to apply from nepal but there is not embassy of hongkong in nepal which embassy will take responsibility. I would like to get the information what are requirements to apply the visa?
