About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

My passport was issued here in Cebu and was denied a tourist visa. We were not told thereason why.

I understand why they wont tell us the reason. We made the application ourselves. No agency. We have complete requirements. We were advised to re apply and send our application thru a Manila agency instead. Are the chances higher that way?

I think the chance is higher for visa application through a Manila agency, but you need to pay service fee.
