Information regarding medical treatment visa!

I would like to know the type of Visa application required for visit in China for medical treatment purposes. Please also mention the documents which will be required in support of the application.

You can apply for L visa (Tourist visa) to China for medical treatment purpose. The invitation letter from a hospital in China is required. Your bank statement, passport, filled visa application form V.2011A, one passport photo are required. If it is your first visit to China, you should provide your local police character/clearance certificate.
