About:Chinese Embassy in U.K.

Any restrictions if birthplace Pakistan, citizenship Canada for tourist visa entry HK and exit Bjing

There is not any restrictions for applicants whoes birthplace is Pakistan and now obtained Canada citizenship, maybe you will be asked to provide additional documents, such as the immigration documents to Canada, bank statement, etc.

Please don't worry, you don't need a visa to Hong Kong, just apply for a China visa to Beijing.
