About:Chinese Embassy in Canada

Do I need a Parental consent letter signed by my husband autorizing me leave Canadawith my daughter?

Hi, I will be spending two weeks in Macao with my 2 year old daughter without my husband. Do I need a Parental consent letter signed by my husband autorizing me leaving the country with my daughter? Does the letter need to be notarized? Thank you so much!!

You don't need to a Parental consent letter signed by your husband authorizing you to leave Canada with your daughter. You can apply for China visa for yourself and your daughter, then take your passport and your daughter's passport, her birth certificate to travel to China.
