REENTER CHINA AFTER EXITING FROM HONG KONG

I AM AN INDIAN CITIZEN. I HAVE TOURIST VISA "L" FOR CHINA. I WILL STAY IN SHANGHAI AND USE IT UP TO THE MAXIMUM OF 59 DAYS BEFORE EXITING TO HONG KONG. MY QUESTION IS: WHEN I REENTER TO CHINA AGAIN, DO I NEED TO GET A NEW VISA FROM CHINESE EMBASSY IN HONG KONG AGAIN?

Is your visa a single- entry one? If so, you need another visa when enter China for the second time. BTW, Indian passport holders are banned from applying for a China visa in Hong Kong. So if you really hold a single-entry visa and want to stay longer in China, you'd better not travel out of China, but go to local PSB to extend/renew it.
If you hold a double-entry or multiple-entry visa, you can enter China again with the visa. There is no need to apply for a new one.
