I am going to shanghai to buy silk pattern chiffon and have made kaftans , resort wear . Any ideas

I would very much like a contact at the fabric market that can make 50-80 pcs per style in lovely bright silk chiffon .. Someone I can trust and place order from home . I go to shanghai in 3 weeks .
