Hello,My boyfriend might go to work for a year in China and I would like to come with him. We would like to avoid getting married. I m french and he is english, is a French PACS or english civil partnership would be enough for me to apply for a S?

Personally I don't think you can get the S type without showing your marriage certificate. You are advised to contact the CAVSC in your country to inquire if you can get the S type by using the French PACS. Good luck.
