chinese visa extension for another month

Question

How do I go about extending a chinese visa, we have a 60 day single entry visa valid, but we need to extend it no more than another month.  We are currently staying in Shanghai

You can go to the Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of Shanghai Public Security Bureau to apply for visa extension. Address: 1500 Minshen Road, Pudong New Area, Shanghai Office Hours: 09:00-17:00. Monday - Friday (except holidays)
