About:China Visa

I have SCL mark on my passport

Hello.
I am from South Korea.
I have concerns for SCL mark.
Last year I went to HK to meet my gf(hk citizen) with 90 days visitior visa.
I wanted to stay with her more..So I went to shenzhen and macau for extending days.
First time(shenzhen hk) was no problem...but when i came from macau to hongkong, I was caught by immigration officer
He gave me SCL mark with 7 days
7 days was not enough for me to leave hongkong..so I went to Wanchai immigration center to get more days. And the officer at Wanchai gave me 5days more.
I heard that SCL means "Suspected Casual Labour" even I didn't work in Hong Kong.

I have questions.
1.Can I go to HongKong next year. And will they give me 90 visitors visia?
If i go to hongkong again, i will never go to mainland or macau , I will just stay in Hk with given days.

2.If I issue new Visa(including IC chip), Can they still my record?

Thank you for reading questions.
If you have any suggestion, thanks for letting me know.

I think it's because you travel to hong kong too many times within a short period.
1. no body can tell you if you can get the visa or not next year. It depends on the visa officers. You may give it a try.
2. The record can also been seen by the officer in their system even if you get a new visa. But it won't make you denied at the border. You can enter Hong Kong with no problem once you have a valid visa.
